Michael brings more than thirty years of experience within the Hospitality industry He has held Property Controller positions with Westin & Four Seasons Hotels in various cities and served on numerous company accounting committees. He was the Vice-President & Controller for the Opryland Hotel & Springhouse Golf Club in Nashville for ten years and Controller of Lodging Operations for Sholodge, Inc.
Michael holds the designation of Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive and is Past President of the Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals Association. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas and has been featured a guest speaker at the University of Houston's Hilton School of Hotel & Restaurant Management.
Michael works with Hotel & Resort clients all throughout the country, specializing in placements for positions including Management, Marketing & Sales, Financial & Technology and Operations. His inside knowledge of the industry combined with a personal talent for finding the right fit for both candidates and clients make him a true asset to the Recruiting Team.

Shane has been in the hospitality industry for over twenty years and brings a wealth of knowledge from all aspects of the business. He has experience in fine dining, high volume bar management, hotel management, and multi-unit operations. Allison began her career in the hospitality industry in 1998 while working at Macaroni Grill. When she started her freshmen year at The University of Houston, she began working at Truluck's Seafood Steak and Crab House in Houston. Allison's hospitality industry experience coupled with her recruiting background, makes her an educated Hospitality Recruiter. Allison has a large networking group and is recognized as a diligent and knowledgeable Recruiter. Allison lives in Sugar Land, TX with her husband and daughter.
Kristine began her career in the hospitality field at 13 years old working in a family friends restaurant. She furthered developed her love of the service industry working in numerous nightclubs while attending Texas A&M University where she obtained her BS in Recreation, Parks and Tourism with a specialty in Hotel/Restaurant Management. Upon moving to Houston, Texas Kristine became involved in a local restaurant operation and spent 13 years managing the multi-unit operations and franchising. Kristine has also owned and operated her own fast casual dining restaurant. Kristine is an accomplished and driven professional with 20 years experience in the restaurant/bar industry operations of fast-paced service and event environments. She joined HPS in 2014 and works exclusively in the upscale and fine dining segments. Being a "foodie" herself she brings knowledge and experience to staffing Houston's vibrant dining scene.
Royl brings 20 years of management experience in the Food & Beverage industry. From nightclubs to high volume or white table cloth restaurants, he has a history of success wherever he goes. After traveling the country managing multimillion operations Royl has made another successful transition in his career. He is now applying his skills to help match clients with the right candidates from his network of industry professionals.

Mary Turner has grown up in the Hospitality Industry. While working in bars and restaurants, she pursued an education in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management at Texas Christian University, and received her Bachelors in 2011. Mary has grown a handful of company's marketing departments, by use of social media and grass roots marketing platforms.
Melissa Dominguez is a professional executive in human resources (PHR) and recruiter with several years of owning and operating multi-unit full-service concepts. She's known for establishing best hiring practices in rapidly expanding industries
She is recognized as a strategic partner facilitating in creating corporate cultures, missions, visions and goals. Her in-depth, day-to-day, hands-on work in restaurant operations and guest services has given her the opportunity to become a subject matter expert with hiring quality talent. She understands what it takes to be a successful asset in operations and finding the ideal leader to run top-notch operations.
In addition to restaurants, Melissa has held HR leadership roles within retail, production, manufacturing, distribution, staffing and B2B relations including customer service excellence, train the trainer programs, risk management, compliance, and administrative operations. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Dallas Human Resources Chapter.
Joey is hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience working in many phases of the industry including theme restaurants, fine dining, concessions, special events, catering, private clubs and athletic facilities. Joey authored “Top Line Management”, a management guide to controlling cost through enhancing sales and has conducted seminars for local and national restaurant groups.
Joey was born and raised in Manhattan’s upper eastside. Over his career, he has worked and lived in several states, including Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, New York and Texas. He began his career in Atlanta, Georgia with TGI Friday’s and went on to work for Club Corporation, Black-eyed Pea Restaurants, The Zoological Society of Houston, Fuddruckers and Taco Cabana. While with Club Corp, one of his major accomplishments included completely reconfiguring and renovating the Downtown Athletic Club, a 32-story facility in lower Manhattan home of the Heisman trophy. Joey and his wife Rebecca have been married for 33 years. Rebecca is Associate Director of Creative Services for Ernst & Young. They reside in Sugar Land, Texas with their four children, Christina, Joseph, Michael and Jonathan. In his spare time Joey enjoys flying, cycling, golf and scuba diving.
Heather started her hospitality career working both kitchen and serving as a teenager in a small café- and fell in love with the industry. Since then she has worked with a number of restaurants and a hotel in Human Resources and Operations Management. Her favorite part of recruiting with Hospitality Pro Search is helping candidates find jobs that will enrich their lives and businesses find the employees that can help them soar. She lives in Colorado Springs with her chef husband and dogs, appropriately named Miso and Muddle.
