High volume restaurant kitchen is looking for a qualified individual to join the team as Sous Chef. This person will be hardworking, dedicated, and experienced in restaurant kitchen management. 

Locally owned and operated since 1999 providing chefs & staff an opportunity to express their creative art, creating bad ass cuisine and having fun while at the same time making some dough!

  • Finding training opportunities through daily activities
  • Commanding a shift with focus on quality, consistency, presentation, speed and fun.
  • Managing/leading activities of the staff
  • Proactively executing flawless food preparation
  • Maintaining restaurants financial goals through food cost and labor cost
  • Inspiring cooks to look at job responsibilities through the guests’ perception
  • Chef support in all aspects of running the shift.


  • 4+ years cooking experience
  • Ability to maintain composure in a high volume kitchen
  • Experience working in a scratch kitchen
  • Ability to work in sync with all managers to ensure good service
  • Ability to oversee a team of 10+ BOH staff
  • Ability to create daily new menu items
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends & holidays
  • Former management position a plus
