The Director of Hotel Revenue Management position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations. The position supports the Senior Vice President of Operations and a portfolio of 15+ locations by Director of Hotel Revenue Managementthe daily Revenue Management tools and processes. Work location is based in Houston, Texas. Remote work options are not available currently.

The primary functions of this position are to manage revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR and to optimize all ancillary revenue.

Required;

·         Hilton Experience: Prior experience in both Hilton limited-service and full-service operations is required.

·         Preferred Brand Knowledge: Additional experience with Marriott and IHG is highly preferred.

·         Market Expertise: Demonstrated experience in urban, convention, and airport market types is essential.

·         Systems Proficiency: Familiarity with major hotel brands and/or third-party systems such as PMS, RMS, and CRS is required.

·         Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting statistical data to develop strategies and actionable plans.

·         Mathematical Aptitude: Strong mathematical comprehension is necessary.

·         Professional Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of analytical experience in revenue management, data management,                   reservations, or front office operations is required.

·         Goal-oriented: Self-motivated and capable of independently achieving all position-related goals.

·         Problem-Solving Abilities: Self-directed problem solver who can identify issues, allocate resources, measure impact, and see tasks through to completion.

·         Service Orientation: Service-minded with a friendly demeanor, high integrity, and strong team orientation.

·         Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

·         Attention to Detail: Strong detail orientation, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, multitask, and meet deadlines.
