The Vice President (VP) of Business Development drives company growth by identifying, negotiating, and executing third party management contracts.  This role will work closely with the executive team, fostering strong relationships, leading contract development from inception to execution, and market analysis. The Vice President (VP) of Business Development will collaborate with the entire executive team to develop competitive strategies, expand market presence, and achieve revenue targets. Successful candidates will possess strong leadership and communication skills and have relevant experience and networks within the hospitality industry.

Qualifications:

·         Proven track record of success in hospitality business development.

·         Full understanding of hotel owner role and needs with ability to instill trust and confidence.

·         Full understanding of hotel operator role with ability to communicate and instill trust and confidence.

·         Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills and track record.

·         Strong analytical skills with the ability to work within financial models and legal contracts.

·         Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

·         Demonstrate leadership ability and a collaborative approach with cross-functional teams.
