- $60 to 65K for Assistant General Managers Base Salary, generous bonus structure

What we seek:
- Scratch kitchen experience
- Extensive fresh seafood knowledge
- Previously management of a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Good tenure and at least 3 years of AGM Manager experience or above
- Roll up sleeves mentality and hard working
- Ability to hire, train, mentor, lead, and build a team
- Strong with numbers, cost hitting track record, ability to multi-task well
