Full-Time Assistant Manager – Restaurant & Bar
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Assistant Manager to support our General Manager in driving daily operations. Your primary focus will be delivering amazing people, cold beer, great food, and good times.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily staff performance, scheduling, and hands-on team training.

Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and equipment maintenance.

Drive guest satisfaction by quickly resolving issues and engaging in local store marketing.

Partner with leadership to coach, mentor, and develop team members for future growth.
Qualifications & Requirements

3 to 5 years of high-volume restaurant management experience ($3M+).

High School Diploma or GED.

Availability to work a flexible schedule averaging 55 hours per week.

Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain required local permits (TABC and Food Manager).
