Searching for a “System Ninja” and a “List Executor” to join one of the highest-volume, independent pizza concepts in Dallas. This is for the leader who thrives in the “organized chaos” of a $3M+ operation and is ready to push for the next level.

The Mission:

  • Systems & Follow-up: This isn’t just “watching” the floor. It’s mastering the checklist. Ensure every prep item is scratch-made and every station is dialed in.
  • Accountability: Walk at a fast pace and expect others to do the same. No hands-in-pockets. No “lame ducks.”
  • The Late-Night Grind: Own the floor during the peak and the close. This role requires the grit to finish at 3 AM or 5 AM to ensure the house is in order.
  • Culture Carrier: Trendy, high-energy, and professional. Lead by example and develop the team through constant feedback.

The Non-Negotiables:

  • Volume: 2-3+ years in a high-volume ($3M+) environment.
  • Detail-Obsessed: Compulsive note-taker. Catch the things others miss.
  • Culinary Pride: Not afraid to get hands in the flour. Everything is done from scratch.
  • The Drive: A desire to reach GM level by learning the standards that make a concept successful.
