Key Responsibilities
- Drive Excellence: Oversee FOH operations to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Lead & Mentor: Hire, train, and motivate team members using strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure proper plate presentation, restaurant cleanliness, and strict adherence to grooming and uniform standards.
- Operational Oversight: Manage labor costs through smart scheduling and ensure the accuracy of daily reports, sales, and inventory.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold all sanitary practices and company policies.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of supervision in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work 50–55 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; exceptional hygiene habits.
- Physical Ability: Constant standing/walking and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Certification: Food Handler Certification required.
