We are seeking a Bar Manager with a strong floor presence and deep wine expertise to lead our beverage program and front-of-house operations. This role is for a leader who balances technical beverage knowledge with the ability to command a high-volume, upscale dining room.

The Essentials:

  • Beverage Leadership: Oversee the cocktail program and curate a sophisticated wine list.

  • Floor Presence: Act as the primary leader on the floor during service, ensuring seamless guest experiences.

  • Wine Expertise: Provide high-level wine service and staff training (CMS/WSET preferred).

  • Operational Ownership: Manage inventory, COGS, and bar labor.
