General Manager – High-Volume Scratch Pizza

The Mission

We are the coolest pizza concept in Dallas, and we need an Accountability Captain to run the show. Our Founder is a visionary who moves at 100mph; we need a General Manager with the organizational “anchor” to match that intensity, build iron-clad systems, and lead a world-class team.

  • Systematize & Execute: You don’t just “watch” the floor; you systemize productivity. You are a master of checklists, note-taking, and relentless follow-up to bridge the gap between vision and execution.
  • The Standard-Bearer: We are a scratch kitchen. You must be hands-on with the culinary process and demand perfection.
  • High-Stakes Leadership: You hire for character and develop people through 1-on-1s. You aren’t afraid to “fire right” because you are confident in your ability to “hire and teach.”
  • Command the Focus: You know how to keep the team locked in. You have the backbone to reel in the big ideas and keep the operation grounded in excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in a $3M+ high-volume concept (Independent preferred).
  • Grit: Willingness to own the floor to ensure operational excellence.
  • Organization: Elite-level execution. You make the lists that keep the visionary on track.
  • Personality: You are current, trendy, and high-energy. No “lame ducks.”

Working with the Founder

The Founder is extremely hands-on and passionate. You must walk at his pace, not drag behind. We need someone who respects the foundation of the brand but has the backbone to lead, the drive to hit goals, and a zero-tolerance policy for “hands-in-pockets” management.
