Restaurant Management Opportunity: Full-Time Kitchen Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Kitchen Manager to lead all back-of-house operations on an opening, mid, or closing shift. In this role, you will ensure a smooth-running shift focused on quality, food safety, financial goals, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee kitchen human resources functions, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Maintain high food quality and safety standards through rigorous line checks, recipe adherence, food tastings, and inventory control.

Build team morale by developing, cross-training, and mentoring back-of-house staff.

Manage financial performance, including food costs, labor matrices, and operational budgets.

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, clean, and operated in a safe working environment.
Qualifications & Requirements

3 to 5 years of Kitchen Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant ($3M+) or via internal promotion.

High School Diploma or GED.

Availability to work a flexible schedule averaging 55 hours per week, including standing or walking for extended periods.

Valid driver’s license, ServeSafe Food Manager certification, and the ability to obtain a TABC certification and Food Manager’s Permit.

Flexibility to run errands for product or assist other locations “on the fly”.
