Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff management, and financial performance
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Hire and train staff, and ensure that they are properly motivated and supported
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to regulations
- Work with the team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
- Track and analyze financial performance, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Represent the restaurant at all times
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Food safety certification
