Your Impact
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help drive daily operations, lead the team from the floor, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience. You’ll play a key role in building the culture, developing the team, and supporting the overall success of the restaurant.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and maintain strong floor presence to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold all company standards for food quality, service, safety, and sanitation
- Recruit, train, and retain team members while maintaining proper staffing levels
- Coach and develop employees, addressing performance issues when needed
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Support P&L performance by managing labor, food cost, and overall expenses
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily administrative tasks
- Maintain the facility through proper repair and maintenance practices
- Engage with the local community to drive traffic and build brand awareness
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in full-service or high-volume environments preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and cost control
- Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
