Seafood company needs a KM to run kitchen and manage the back of the House. Salary 55-65K, plus benefits and generous Bonus Structure! Looking for a strong leader, used to high-volume, that can lead a culinary team to do great things!
What we require:
- A person of good personality that can bridge the front/back differences
- 3 or more years’ experience with kitchen management experience
- Scratch-kitchen, seafood experience a must
- Build, develop, and lead a kitchen team successfully
- Strong financials/P & L knowledge
- Knows how to motivate staff, no “drill sergeant”
These criteria and more are needed to run a successful kitchen crew.
