Searching for a Kitchen Managers for Seafood Restaurants in Dallas, TX!

Seafood company needs a KM to run kitchen and manage the back of the House. Salary 55-65K, plus benefits and generous Bonus Structure! Looking for a strong leader, used to high-volume, that can lead a culinary team to do great things!

What we require:

  • A person of good personality that can bridge the front/back differences
  • 3 or more years’ experience with kitchen management experience
  • Scratch-kitchen, seafood experience a must
  • Build, develop, and lead a kitchen team successfully
  • Strong financials/P & L knowledge
  • Knows how to motivate staff, no “drill sergeant”

These criteria and more are needed to run a successful kitchen crew.
